IT Project & Delivery Management
Running complex IT projects: coordinating teams, communicating with stakeholders, managing scope, priorities, risks, environments and delivery.
SENIOR IT PROJECT MANAGER · FULLSTACK
Project management, IT delivery and fullstack development in one practical profile.
15+ years in IT. A project manager by profession, a developer at heart. I run delivery — and I understand what the team is actually building.
I work at the intersection of business, IT delivery, analysis, architecture and development. In enterprise environments I run complex IT projects; in my own time I design and build websites, admin systems, APIs, mobile apps and data tools.
I'm not “just a manager” nor “just a developer.” I understand what needs to be delivered, why, how to design it, how to run it, and what it technically takes to actually build it. That lets me connect business needs with what genuinely makes sense to build — and carry it through to a working result, not just documentation.
I'm at my best where things can't be reduced to a template — complex integrations, a messy backlog, an unclear brief, technical debt, “nobody really knows how this works.” That's where I add the most value.
Four disciplines, one connected profile. Where you'd usually hire two people, one is enough.
Running complex IT projects: coordinating teams, communicating with stakeholders, managing scope, priorities, risks, environments and delivery.
I understand technical architecture, integration dependencies and the system-wide impact of decisions. I turn requirements into a clear solution design, backlog, user stories and technical specs.
I design and build websites, admin systems, APIs, automations and mobile apps. So I understand the impact of decisions down to the code level.
I work with analytics, GA4, BigQuery, Looker Studio and product metrics. I can measure, evaluate and improve digital products.
Concrete work from recent years — from enterprise delivery to my own products built from scratch.
A long-term digital ecosystem for a music festival — website, custom ticketing system with a payment gateway, a visitor mobile app, QR ticket scanning via a dedicated app at the gates, an admin back office, analytics and data dashboards.
My own SaaS product, built from scratch — a guest-paging system for restaurants that replaces plastic pagers with the guest's phone. The guest scans a QR from their receipt and tracks the order status on their phone — no app install, no SMS, no hardware. It also includes a staff app, multi-tenant administration, POS integration, subscriptions and analytics.
Long-term development and maintenance of a football club's digital backbone — a zero-maintenance website, automatic fetching and aggregation of match and opponent data, an admin section, a mobile app and automation.
Managing complex IT requirements in enterprise environments across industries — energy, insurance, banking. Coordinating analysis workshops, development, integration topics, environments and communication between business, IT and vendors.
The first website for the Donio platform. I built and maintained the first working version for about 2 years, before the project grew into a platform with a full-time development team.
The same approach for a solo project and for enterprise delivery. The scale changes, not the logic.
Workshops with business and developers, mapping context, stakeholders and constraints.
Backlog, user stories, priorities, risks, scope.
Architecture, integrations, milestones, MVP.
Delivery, monitoring, data, iteration based on metrics.
What I actually work with — not a “list of everything I've ever tried.”
Six things that practically set me apart from a “pure” PM or a “pure” developer.
I combine managerial perspective with technical detail.
I get up to speed fast, even in a messy, complex system.
I translate between business and development — both ways.
I look for practical solutions, not just documentation.
What I take on, I see through to a working end.
I can ship an MVP from zero and run delivery of a large enterprise project.
Whether it's an IT project, a digital product, a website, an app or a technical brief, I'm happy to help with design, management and delivery.
